When is Hajj 2027?

Hajj 2027 will take place during Dhul-Hijjah 1448 AH, with the main days of Hajj expected to fall between Friday, 14 May and Wednesday, 19 May 2027.

Based on current Hijri calendar projections, 1 Dhul-Hijjah 1448 AH is expected to fall on Friday, 7 May 2027. The most important day of Hajj, the Day of Arafah (9 Dhul-Hijjah), is currently expected to be Saturday, 15 May 2027, followed by Eid al-Adha on Sunday, 16 May 2027.

Please remember that Islamic dates depend on the lunar calendar. Final Hajj dates will be confirmed by the relevant Saudi authorities closer to the time.

10 Dhul-Hijjah 1448 – Eid al-Adha📅 Sunday, 16 May 2027

Pilgrims perform key Hajj rites, including the stoning of Jamarat, sacrifice and other rituals according to their Hajj arrangements.

11–13 Dhul-Hijjah 1448 – Days of Tashreeq📅 Monday, 17 May – Wednesday, 19 May 2027

Pilgrims remain in Mina and continue the ritual of stoning the Jamarat.
